I absolutely love shooting in home newborn lifestyle sessions, and this one was even better because I got to shoot a hybrid of digital and film! Jessica and Adam were the sweetest (and most patient) couple from the beginning! They are so positive and understanding, so sweet, and so in love with their baby girl. I walked into their adorable house (seriously, please come decorate my house…) to the smell of candles burning and to an awesome playlist playing in the background. Everything in the nursery was meaningful to them, all the way down to their wedding flowers pressed, and framed on the wall. Their baby girl, Ophelia, is honestly one of the calmest babies I have ever photographed! She was so relaxed, as were her mama and daddy! When “Ophelia” by the Lumineers came on and Jessica & Adam said “Aw, it’s her song!” I seriously almost cried! You guys are #goals. I loved meeting you, and documenting this time of life for you.
