Lynda and Carter Crain have been dreaming of and waiting for these girls to complete their family for years. The Crains are good friends of my husband and I, so we had front row seats to their journey to bring Carlyn Sophia and Annie Caroline home. In spring of 2015, Carter and Lynda decided officially to adopt. These 2 have clearly touched the hearts of many in their lives, because tons of friends and family were jumping at the chance to donate towards the Crains’ adoption. Seeing the outpouring of love towards this family is truly a testimony to how much they have touched the lives of the people around them. It was a long road for Lynda and Carter to bring to Annie and Carly home. They have been through so much, even losing their chance at an adoption of twins back in December because the birth parents decided at the last second that they wanted to keep their babies.
On April 28, 2016, Annie and Carly were warmly welcomed into this world in Lynda’s home town in Pensylvania. They were meant to be together from the beginning. These girls are beyond loved by our dear friends, have an awesome brother dog (Hurley), and have friends and family at their door, excited to meet them every day. What a joy it was to take photos for one of my favorite families! I can’t wait to see these girls grow and to see their family grow closer each and every day. I am so happy to share these photos and even happier to see our friends’ dreams become reality.
